The Problem With Current Methods

Women's health advice has long been confusing, insufficient, and poorly administered.

Most primary care physicians and OBGYNs receive limited and inconsistent menopause education during their training. Studies show that only about one third of U.S. gynecology residency programs offer a formal curriculum.

All the conflicting information can be overwhelming when trying to figure out what YOU need to do for yourself.

You may be starting to notice that you're sleeping less, finding it harder to lose weight, feel more irritable, are no longer interested in intimacy, family, or friends. Many health professionals tell you that menopause is a natural part of life that you will just need to suffer through.

You commit to a healthier lifestyle, eat TONS of protein, drink liters of water, and still, the symptoms persist. Doctors listen, but only prescribe anti-depressants and tell you to go to the gym.

Eventually, you just give up and resign yourself to living with the fatigue, pain, and lower quality of life.

It doesn't have to be this way. You can live your life to its fullest, feel and look great, and not settle for anything less!
